1 cup of Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup mayo
2 t curry powder
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
1/2 onion finely diced
1 Cup of finely chopped spinach
Mix all together, whack the top off a cob loaf and take out some of the bread, fill with dip and like Jason Kerrison did, eat until there's none left!

Was there any baking involved in the Bread and Dip? I thought it was a bakinig competition?...Just saying :)
ReplyDeleteHi yes ! The bread was baked of course - it was delicious! full of pumpkin seeds and other things that accompanied the taste of the dip - (according to Colin!)

ReplyDeleteOh dear there can only be one winner in a competition of course! And please don't shoot me I'm only the messenger. Colin was the judge of all the baking which he judged on the plane with the Grabaseat staff.
ReplyDeleteI have only included the dip recipe here but the winner also Baked the bread that morning -
so obviously baking also involves breadmaking!
P.S So many went to such amazing effort in the baking by the way - it really was incredible to see, especially in the air!
