Mothers and sons unite - here comes all- round- action- good -guy-and- quite -nice -with- his -shirt -off hero Bear Grylls, of Man Vs Wild, the Scouts and that bizarre French Foreign Legion outfit.

its going to be date night for Mothers and their sons. Who could resist the hero hottie with his hardcore, hard won survival skill stories and a heart of gold to boot.
With over 1.2 billion viewers of his show Man Vs Wild, Bear - a former member of the British Army, youngest ever Brit to climb Everest at 23 and youngest ever Chief Scout at 35 - is most certainly a high achiever who lives up to the scouting motto of 'be prepared'.
He is the Hero of the Highest Order in our house. My son Wilco is just so into him; he watches endless Discovery Channels reruns, draws incredible Man Vs Wild artworks, reads his books and even wears the same type of Khaki's. Its so great for little boys to have a hero. And in Wilco's words.."none of my other heroes are real, so that's why he's so amazing!".
I love Bear. He really is quite extraordinary. How many guys do you know who would give themselves an unnecessary enema on TV? I bet the camera crew were just beside themselves with this slice of piece to camera gold. Is there nothing this man wouldn't do in a survival situation?
you are so right there! what a hottie!
